1. Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to this website (www.proclubmanager.co.uk) and, once it is released, the Pro Club Manager app. Pro Club Manager is provided by 10th Dimension Limited as part of MuddyStuds (“we”, “us”). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. The service

Pro Club Manager helps grassroots clubs and teams organise schedules, chats, reminders, availability, membership and payments. The app is coming soon and is not yet available to download. This website provides product information only, and the features described may change before release.

3. Clubs, teams and accounts

When the app is released, a club account may hold one or more linked team accounts. The club account holder is responsible for the plan, for appointing admins and coaches, and for the information the club records about its members. Individual users are responsible for keeping their sign-in details secure.

4. Price

Prices have not been set. Any price will be shown clearly before you pay. Subscriptions will be billed through Google Play or a regulated payment provider under their terms. Discounts on other MuddyStuds apps offered with a club plan will be described at the time and may change.

5. Eligibility

Pro Club Manager accounts are intended for people aged 18 and over who can enter a binding agreement. Junior players are managed by a parent or guardian.

6. Your responsibilities

• Use this site and, when available, the app lawfully and in line with your club’s, league’s and governing body’s rules, including safeguarding policies.
• Only add information about other people, especially children, that your club needs and is entitled to hold.
• Treat other members with respect in chats and messages.
• Do not reverse engineer, abuse or attempt to disrupt the app, this website or related services.

7. Intellectual property

Pro Club Manager, its name, logo and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. When the app is released, you will receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in line with these Terms.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned features, plans and release timings may change. We may update these Terms, particularly when the app is released; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.

9. Disclaimer and liability

This website and, when available, Pro Club Manager are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the greater of £50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
