Delete your Pro Club Manager account and data

This page explains how to ask us to delete your account and associated data for the Android app Pro Club Manager, published on Google Play by 10th Dimension Limited. The app is coming soon; these steps will apply from the day it is released.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Removing Pro Club Manager from your phone clears the data stored on that device, but your sign-in account and the data saved with it stay in place until you ask us to delete them using the steps below.

1. How to request deletion

1. Send an email to contact@muddystuds.com from the email address you use to sign in to Pro Club Manager.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my Pro Club Manager account”. You don’t need to give a reason. Parents and guardians can include any junior members they manage.
3. We will check the request comes from the account owner. If you can’t send from your sign-in address, tell us and we will confirm ownership another way.
4. We delete your account and associated data within 30 days of confirming the request, and email you when it is done.

Club accounts. If you are the holder of a club account, deleting it removes the club and its linked teams. Please pass the club to another admin first if the club wants to keep using Pro Club Manager.

2. Data that is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email address and password credentials held in Firebase Authentication)
• Your profile, roles, settings and any junior member profiles you manage
• Your availability replies, reminders and the messages you sent
• Your payment records held by us, except where the law requires us to keep them

Club records such as past fixtures may still show that a match took place, without your personal details.

3. Data that may be kept, and for how long

• Server and security logs that may reference your account are kept for up to 30 days after deletion.
• Financial records of payments are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Google Play records (such as install history and purchases) are held by Google under its own rules.
• Our email exchange about your request is kept as a record for up to 12 months.

4. Data on your device

Data stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall Pro Club Manager or clear the app’s storage in Android Settings.
